About THe FOUNDER
Why I Created LeanLIa
Entering new markets—especially the US and Europe—can be complex and risky. Many companies try entering new markets without fully understanding their customers, local business practices, and industry specifics. Too often, they rely on occasional conference visits or inconsistent outreach, which makes sustainable growth difficult.
I founded LeanLia to de-risk market entry by applying a structured process inspired by the Lean Startup methodology. From my experience building software products and organizing a Lean Startup Challenge in Boston, I learned how continuous iteration and validated learning shorten development cycles and reduce risk. This approach — build, measure, learn — allows businesses to test assumptions, adapt quickly, and scale confidently while minimizing costly mistakes.
LeanLia is built on the best practices of companies that have successfully entered and commercialized in these markets. I’ve distilled their lessons to guide ambitious entrepreneurs toward faster, more confident growth.
