Audrey Guazzone is the Founder and CEO of LeanLia, a market strategy and business development firm helping international health tech companies enter and grow in the U.S. and Europe. She is a multilingual growth strategist and business developer with 15 years of experience in digital health, medical devices, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

She began her career managing international purchasing and export operations before leading French-American collaboration programs focused on innovation, economic development, and soft-landing support.

Audrey spent nearly a decade working for American technology companies—primarily in healthcare—at various stages of growth, from seed to pre-IPO. She has led GTM strategy, launched AI-powered health products, managed strategic client portfolios of up to $20M, and built commercial and customer success functions from the ground up. Her work spans top U.S. innovation hubs including California, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, and North Carolina.

She holds a Master of International Business (Montpellier), an MBA (Salem State), and a BBA (Texas Tech), all earned through fully funded U.S. programs. She is CGBP-certified and studied entrepreneurship at Harvard.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Audrey brings a strategic and multicultural lens to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys mountaineering, snowboarding, scuba diving, and trail running—reflecting her mindset of exploration and resilience.
