Audrey Guazzone is the Founder and CEO of LeanLia, a market strategy and business development firm. A multilingual growth strategist with 15 years of international business and innovation experience, Audrey has consistently delivered impactful results across diverse industries.
Early in her career, she managed international business purchasing and export operations for leaders in the retail and energy sectors. She later contributed to French-American collaborations, overseeing governmental programs, facilitating bilateral partnership opportunities, and spearheading soft-landing initiatives.
Audrey also spent 8 years working in American technology companies, from seed stage to pre-IPO. Audrey has successfully led high-performing teams, managed strategic client portfolios of up to $20M, and delivered impactful results in areas like go-to-market strategies, AI-powered product launches, and startup accelerator programs. Her experience spans the U.S.’s leading innovation ecosystems, including California, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
She holds a Master of International Business from Montpellier Business School, an MBA from Salem State University, and a BBA from Texas Tech University, achieved through fully funded American programs. Certified as a Global Business Professional (CGBP), Audrey also honed her entrepreneurial skills at Harvard University.
Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Audrey brings a multicultural perspective to her work, blending strategic insight with cultural awareness to foster international growth.
An avid adventurer, she enjoys mountaineering, snowboarding, scuba diving, and trail running in her free time. Her passion for exploration mirrors her professional ethos—seeking new horizons, embracing challenges, and helping others reach their peak potential.
Audrey founded LeanLia to tackle the challenges companies often face when entering the U.S. market—insufficient market understanding, ineffective strategy execution, and scalability barriers.
